There are many culinary classics that stem from a history of trying and finding the greatest combination of ingredients. While traditional fried chicken remains a crowd favorite, honey chicken has risen in popularity throughout Asia. This is most likely due to its similarities to several other techniques of coating fried chicken popular in the region. It clearly resembles the sweet and sour variety.
